It is imperative for researchers to adhere to the best practices and ethical standards set by relevant professional and regulatory bodies, from the initial research proposal to the final publication. In some instances, ethical issues or misconduct may arise during the submission of research for publication in a journal.

To prevent any form of publication malpractice, all parties involved in the publication process of peer-reviewed journals published by Blue Print Publication, including authors, reviewers, and editors, are expected to diligently observe the publication ethics outlined below.

Authors Authors submitting articles to journals published by the Blue Print Publication must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere or is under consideration for publication in any other journal. The abstract should provide a brief summary of the paper, including a clear explanation of the research’s motivation and significance. The paper must accurately report the research work, and all sources of information and material used must be properly referenced. References should only be made to literature and publications that influenced the work and are relevant to the research. Redundant work and the manipulation of images and data must be avoided.

The authors who have significantly contributed to the research work must be included as authors, while others who have only helped during the discussion and preparation of the manuscript should be acknowledged. If the research received funding, the funding agency should be duly acknowledged. Before submitting the article, authors must ensure that the work is original and not similar to previously published work. The final version of the manuscript must be checked and agreed upon by all co-authors, with no conflicts of interest. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all ethical requirements are met.

If an author discovers any significant errors or inaccuracies in the manuscript after submission, the Editors and publisher should be informed immediately. The publication may result in a correction or even the retraction/withdrawal of the paper.

Anything against the above will fall within the domain of unethical behavior which cannot be accepted.

Reviewers: Reviewers play a crucial role in the publication process of manuscripts submitted for consideration. They are expected to provide insightful feedback that can enhance the intellectual content and presentation of the paper. Reviewers should maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript and not disclose any part of it to anyone, except to the Editor or Editorial offices as necessary. It is important for reviewers to avoid reviewing manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists. Information or ideas received through the peer review process must not be used for personal or professional gain. The role of reviewers is highly valued by both authors and editors, and their constructive feedback can significantly enrich the quality of the manuscript..

Editors: The Editors hold the responsibility of making a decision about whether or not to publish a submitted paper. They may take the help of referees in ensuring the originality and correctness of intellectual content in the manuscript. They should follow the ‘Guidelines’ for Editors while making a decision. The Editors may consult other members of the editorial board of the journal concerned if necessary to make a prompt decision. The confidentiality of the manuscripts must be maintained until their publication. The Editors should avoid considering manuscripts in which they have any conflict of interest. The editorial office located in Allahabad must ensure the strict confidentiality of all manuscript records.
